We have updated the datasheets of the following power semiconductor devices:
These are all diodes in disc design. Diodes made by Proton-Electrotex offer the following benefits:
- high resistance to electric and thermal cycling;
- low static and dynamic losses;
- high reliability meaning minimal equipment downtime;
- optimization for industrial use.
Diodes are successfully used in rectifying bridges, traction converters, electric drives, invertors.
At the customer's request Proton-Electrotex is able to select the optimal power diode for given operation modes. It is also possible to ship ready-to-use power semiconductors in assembly with heatsinks.
