Dear colleagues, we have updated the datasheets of the following power semiconductor devices:
The MIDA range of medium power IGBT modules is designed for compact systems requiring high performance and reliability. Mechanical ruggedness, high thermal cycling capacity and pressure contact design guarantee reliability and long service life of the devices.
High Voltage IGBT Modules are designed for AC and DC motor drives and High-power converters. These types of modules are characterized with fast and soft reverse recovery and low voltage drop.
Phase control thyristors are widely used to control high load with a low control signal applied to the control gate. They can be used in electrical systems for various industries, including AC and DC circuits operating at industry standard or increased frequency.
Fast thyristors are characterized with a very low turn-off time that sets them apart from the standard models. They are used in welding, induction heating and melting, electric transportation, AC drives, UPS, and other systems requiring short turn-on and turn-off times.
