The Proton-Electrotex Company Presented its Products at the PCIM Digital Days Online Exhibition
This year the largest exhibition in the world of power electronics PCIM Europe was organized in an online format. The event will fully return in 2021 at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center, Germany.
This two-day online event allowed more than 3,000 suppliers and consumers expand their professional knowledge, establish new contacts and hold negotiations. 74 companies participated in PCIM Digital Days as exhibitors.
Proton-Electrotex traditionally represented the Russian manufacturers of power semiconductor devices. This year the company demonstrated the BITR-150-0 52-1-V-U2 power inverter unit, thyristor and IGBT drivers, diode and thyristor modules in the new B0 package with a baseplate width of 60 mm.
In addition to these new launches, R&D engineer Dmitry Titushkin presented a report on the topic “Increasing the power density in power thyristor modules with a base width of 60 mm” as part of the poster session.
PCIM presented its visitors an opportunity to connect and discuss current issues with representatives of the company's engineering staff, technical customer support, procurement, sales and marketing departments.
The company thanks all its employees for their help in organizing the exhibition as well as the organizers of PCIM Digital Days for the prompt transfer of the exhibition to the online format that allowed suppliers to communicate with customers this year despite the COVID epidemic.
