Proton‑Electrotex took part in the international exhibition ExpoElectronica 2026.
ExpoElectronica is the largest international electronics exhibition in Russia and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) by number of exhibitors and visitors, covering the entire production chain, from component manufacturing to the development and assembly of final electronic systems.
This year, the exhibition brought together 730 companies from Russia, Belarus and China, occupying an exhibition area of over 35 000 sq. m. Over the three days, the exhibition attracted 20,015 unique visitors.
During the event, representatives of Proton-Electrotex JSC held meetings with current and potential partners. Development prospects, new projects, and current activities were discussed.
The company’s stand featured the traditional product line as well as the latest developments. Exhibition visitors had the opportunity to explore:
• IGBT modules in industrial and transport qualification;
• diodes and thyristors in disc, modular and stud designs;
• welding diodes;
• power inverters for solar power plants;
power unit for electric vehicle charging stations;
power unit for use in a three‑phase three‑level voltage inverter
During the technical seminar, company specialists spoke about production features, the current product line, product upgrades, and the latest and most promising developments.
Proton-Electrotex products participated in the "Electronica" award. This award is an independent event aimed at supporting the achievements of Russian electronics companies through expert and public recognition.
In 2026, more than 70 companies took part in the award, presenting their products in various categories. The IGBT module MISM‑DS17SM‑1200N was recognised by the jury and won in the “Electronic Component Base” category, in the nomination “For the Development and Production of Domestic Electronic Component Base”.
This award confirms the importance and demand for key industries in the field of high‑quality domestic electronic component base.
Participation in ExpoElectronica allowed the company not only to strengthen its market position, but also to identify strategic development directions for the enterprise based on current market realities and needs.
