ExpoElectronica 2025: Results
The international exhibition ExpoElectronica ended last week.
Our company took an active part in the event ExpoElectronica is the largest international electronics exhibition in Russia and the EAEU in number of exhibitors and visitors, representing the entire production chain from component manufacturing to the development and assembly of final electronic systems.
As part of the event, representatives of Proton-Electrotex JSC held meetings with current and potential partners. Development prospects, new projects and current activities were discussed.
The company’s booth featured traditional product line and the latest developments. Exhibition attendees had the opportunity to explore the following products:
• diodes and thyristors in disc, module and stud
• welding diodes
• IGBT modules in industrial design
• IGBT modules in transport design
• 30 kW power unit for electric vehicle and e-bus charging stations
• three-level power unit for solar power plant inverters
• thyristor and IGBT drivers
A key focus for visitors was import substitution. High-power IGBT modules drew significant interest.
Representatives of "Proton-Electrotex" spoke about the company’s capabilities in semiconductor device production, technical support, and logistics.
Participation in ExpoElectronica 2025 allowed the company not only to strengthen its market position but also to outline strategic development directions based on current market realities and demands.
