Thyristor modules produced by Proton-Electrotex JSC are used in energy converters, as well as in other direct and alternating current circuits of various power electrical installations.
All thyristor power modules produced by Proton-Electrotex JSC have a clamping design, which ensures ease of installation and good contact with the cooler for heat removal.
These modules are supplied in a standard industrial A2 housing with base dimensions of 60x124 mm.
On-off modules have the ability to implement different switching circuits, which are indicated by the index MT3, MT4 or MT5 in the name of the device.
