Representatives of Proton-Electrotex will take part in the Power Electronics 2026 conference. The event will be held on May 28 in Moscow.
The topic "Power Electronics" consists of a large number of sections, ranging from AC/DC and DC/DC converters with a power of several watts to power supplies and inverters with a power of several tens of kilowatts.
It covers a wide range of switches, from traditional silicon MOSFETs and IGBTs to wide-band SiC FETs and GaN FETs. Power electronics are developed and manufactured by specialists in various fields.
The Power Electronics Conference is a platform for professional communication and new business contacts, exchange of experience in the application of components from Russian and foreign manufacturers, discussion of solutions and ideas, and establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation.
Within the framework of the conference, representatives of JSC Proton-Electrotex will give two presentations:
- "Domestic IGBT Modules. Production Development, Deep Localization, and Implementation Practices";
- "Approaches to Ensuring the Competitiveness of Domestic Power Semiconductor Electronics"
Also, our employees will be participants in the round table “Strategy for the development of power electronics in Russia”. Within the framework of the discussion, the topics of state regulation and development of the industry, interaction of manufacturers, opportunities for financing, etc. will be raised.
