- 説明
The BVM‑120‑0.4‑1‑P‑UHL4 rectifier is an uncontrolled AC‑DC power rectifier unit designed to convert three‑phase 400 V AC into 560 V DC. The unit is built on diode modules with air cooling and is rated for a nominal power of 68 kW at an output current of 120 A.
Unlike a basic uncontrolled diode rectifier, the unit is additionally equipped with a transistor module that provides load connection and disconnection on command from the control system. This allows quick connection or disconnection of a DC load without external contactors, as well as implementation of overcurrent protection.
All power units manufactured by Proton‑Electrotex JSC can be additionally equipped on request: snubber circuits for protection against switching overvoltages, resistive dividers, current, voltage, and temperature sensors, and various types of drivers. Power assemblies are developed to meet individual customer requirements — simply fill out the dedicated questionnaire to specify your parameters.
- 用途
The power rectifier is used to convert three‑phase 400 V AC into 560 V DC, with the ability to connect and disconnect the load by means of a transistor switch.
Difference from the thyristor version. Proton‑Electrotex also produces the BVM‑120‑0.4‑1‑E‑UHL4 modification based on thyristor modules, which provides controlled rectification with phase control of the output voltage.
The diode modification "P" does not regulate the output voltage level — it produces a fixed value determined by the input mains voltage, but enables full load turn‑on and turn‑off via a transistor switch. The choice between the two versions depends on the application: if voltage regulation is required, the thyristor rectifier is selected; if load switching alone is sufficient, the diode version with a transistor switch is used.
Typical applications:
- DC‑bus rectifier — the input stage of a frequency converter, supplying the inverter with 560 V DC;
- DC‑bus capacitor pre‑charge — the transistor switch provides controlled connection of the load to a charged DC link;
- Industrial DC power supplies — powering equipment with 560 V DC from a 400 V three‑phase mains;
- Charging rectifier units — battery charging and buffer supply of DC loads;
- UPS rectifier stage — converting mains AC into DC to power the inverter and charge the battery;
- Technological current supply — electroplating baths, electrolysis plants where high DC currents at relatively low voltage are required.
Uncontrolled diode rectifiers of this class are used where output voltage regulation is not required, but reliable load switching, overvoltage protection, and operation as part of industrial converter systems are needed.
